Kris Bernal is petite and proud. In her latest entry for her Youtube channel, the 30-year-old actress revealed that she only stands at 5' 1" (and weighs only around 95 pounds!) While she embraces her small figure, Kris likes adding a few inches to her height with the help of a few leg-lengthening tricks she got from stylist John Paul Dizon, which she demonstrated in the video!
Here are some helpful ones worth taking note of:
1. Sexy slits are your best friend
The flash of skin creates the illusion of a longer leg, and it prevents your tiny frame from being overwhelmed by long dresses, too. "Pair below-the-knee dresses with [a pointed pair of] pumps... at mas maganda din kung ka-tone ng [skin] color mo yung pumps," John added, as it lengthens the legs even more.
2. Consider adding co-ords to your closet!
According to the stylist, wearing a matching top and bottom or even just dressing in one color creates a clean, streamlined look, wherein your frame isn't cut, "kaya mas nakakahaba siya," he explained.
3. Opt for high-waisted bottoms
High-rise pants, shorts, or skirts can elongate the lower body, says John.
